We are a store in business for 13 years and about a year ago, Kehe purchased Tree of Life and became our new grocery supplier.Nothing but problems from them.

Our rep doesnt help, even with asked. Our deliveries are consistently late by 1/2 to 1 full day, usually with no notice. Receiving expired products often. Lately, 30+ % of our orders out of stock from Kehe.

Of the items we do get, 10-15% of the order is incorrect items we didnt even ask for our were mislabeled. There is no way this company can stay in business very long with these error rates.

Customer service is a nightmare with limited hours to get problems addressed.Use UNFI if at all possible.

Sad but true!

We also had months of problems with them.

I found them to be a mismanaged and dysfunctional operation. Most of the grocery clerks I talked to had the same opinion.

Their employees are also critical of the lack of managerial competence they deal with.Read the reviews on sites like Glassdoor!

I know some of their history and you are right, they are a poorly-run company with a corrupt culture and layers of mismanagement.I put up a website which outlines all of the terrible issues our company faced.

Like you, expired stock (both on shelves and as back-up), late shipments, unreliable reps, etc.

all the grocery people said they had problems with KeHe all the time.Search for KeHe dysfunction to see the details!
